Secrets of the Sun (@secretsofthesun.lk)
In the centre of Ahangama town, Secrets of the Sun can’t be missed with its bright blue façade and infamous mirror out front. The store stocks a wide range of local designers as well as pre loved items by @the.vintagecartel. Think clothing, accessories, jewellery and skin care, all with a sun kissed island feel.

Mukti Studio (@studio.mukti)
Mukti is our go to for slow made clothing and mindful style, pure linen dresses, organic cotton, surf town simplicity fused with local craft. They also stock a great line of imported swim and surf wear.

Ceylon Sliders (@ceylonsliders)
Not just a shop but a full on surf town lifestyle stop. Ceylon Sliders brings together a café, gallery, boutique and shop in one. You’ll find everything hip from clothing to candles and even surfboards.

Olive Yu Jewellery (@oliveyujewellery)
And then there’s Olive Yu. Jewellery hand crafted on site with a view over the ocean, natural gemstones, meaningful motifs (sun, moon, stars), all made in a small workshop just off one of our favourite beaches, Kabalana. The best part? They offer jewellery making workshops where you learn a skill and take home your self made souvenir.
